Pricing
How is pricing calculated?
Per active seat, per month. Inactive members aren't billed and you can deactivate at any time.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual plans save you two months. Education and non-profit pricing are also available.
Can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Yes — the change is pro-rated and shows up on your next invoice.

How do I invite teammates?
From Settings → People. Email invites, magic links, or your SSO directory — whichever fits your workflow.
Can I have multiple workspaces?
As many as you need. Switching is one click and each workspace has its own billing.
How do I delete my account?
From the same Settings panel. Deletions are permanent after a 30-day grace period during which you can still restore.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, ACH, SEPA, and bank transfer for annual plans over a thousand dollars.
Where do I download invoices?
Settings → Billing → Invoices. Every invoice is signed PDF and the email copy is identical.
Can I add a VAT or tax ID?
Yes — add it under Billing → Company details and it'll appear on every future invoice automatically.

How long does setup take?
Most teams are productive within an afternoon. The default configuration covers ninety percent of cases out of the box.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a fourteen-day trial, no card required, and we'll happily extend it if you need more time.
Where is my data stored?
By default, in your closest region. Enterprise plans can pin data residency to a specific country and pass that through to all sub-processors.
Can I export everything?
Yes — every record, every attachment, in either JSON or CSV. We believe your data should leave as easily as it arrived.
What does support look like?
A real person, on chat or email, every business day. Enterprise plans include a named contact and a guaranteed response time.
How do you handle security?
SOC 2 Type II audited, with annual penetration tests and a public trust portal where you can pull every report yourself.

What's included in the free plan?
Up to five seats, the full feature set, and one integration. Plenty for a small team to evaluate without a sales call.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in either direction, at any time. Upgrades are pro-rated and downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Do you offer non-profit pricing?
Fifty percent off any paid tier for registered non-profits. Drop us a line with your registration number and we'll set it up.
How does billing work?
Monthly or annual, by card or invoice. Annual plans get two months free and a single line-item invoice.
Is there an API?
A complete REST and webhook API, available on every plan. The same API powers the product itself.
What about SSO?
SAML and OIDC ship on every paid plan, with no extra fee and no hand-waving about an "enterprise tier".
Can I self-host?
A single-tenant cloud option is available on the enterprise plan. Fully self-hosted is on the roadmap.
How often do you ship?
Continuously, with a public changelog. Big features land behind a flag so you can opt in when it suits you.
